Normally yes. With block booking, clients have consistency in the time of lessons and also the swim teacher.

No. We do offer private (1:1), semi-private(1:2) and small groups that have a maximum of 3 children per class.

For adults we generally offer 1:1 lessons. Semi-private (1:2) and 1:3 swimming lessons could be offered to partners or friends who wish to share lessons with each other. We don’t offer groups lessons for adults.
7. Are the 1:2 (semi-private) lessons for children designed for children of the same family (siblings) or children from different families can also book semi-private lessons?
1:2 or semi-private lesson is a popular choice for siblings. Sometimes also friends also share lessons and book 1:2.
For example, if in one family, there are siblings who are a similar age and have similar swimming abilities, we can organise 1:2.
In general, the option of 1:2 lessons is ideal and popular for children of similar age and swimming abilities to share lessons.
But, 1:2 lessons are not just for children of one family.
If we can also find a child who is similar age to your child and also has swimming ability as your child, we can also offer booking 1:2 lessons.

15. Will there be an instructor in the pool with my child during lessons?
Yes, if needed. Our instructors get in the water with children who are not yet able to fully support themselves while swimming. As children become more confident and competent swimmers, instructors typically teach from both in the water and poolside.
16. My child already has some swimming experience elsewhere – how do you decide which lessons are right for them?
If your child has
a recognisable badge or certificate from another swim school that is helpful for us to know the level of your child. If you child has had lessons before and cannot still swim without help/floats, there is no need for an assessment. However, for children who can swim more then 10 meters, we recommend booking an assessment session first. This allows us to check where your child is at, both in terms of swimming skills and confidence in the water, so we can give you accurate advice on the most suitable lesson type and time slot for them.
17. Is there a fee for the assessment, and how do I book one?
The 10-minute assessment is free for children who can already swim unaided. Assessments must be pre-booked in advance; clients cannot just show up on the day. If your child is a complete beginner, no assessment is needed – a child who can only swim with armbands or other flotation aids is classed as a complete beginner.
18. Can I book an assessment or lessons in advance if my child can’t start straight away (e.g. due to notice periods with another swim school)?
Yes, we’re happy to arrange an assessment ahead of your child’s actual start date, so everything is in place and ready to go as soon as they’re available to join us and we have an available slot to offer.
