No doubt one of the things people do over the summer is swimming and for families with children who cannot swim, summer could also means getting ready for swimming- another words; taking swimming lessons. We normally advise our swimmers (depending if they are boys or girls) on which type of swimwear to purchase. Ideally, they should look for swimwear that is designed for swimming, as this will provide them with more flexibility and range of motion in the water.
We encourage people to buy swimwear from famous swimming brands like Speedo or Arena or TYR, considering they have better material’s resistance to chlorine and other pool chemicals . Pool Chemicals do affect how swimsuit ages over time. Swimwears should fit comfortablly and allow easy movement in the water.

Check the rules and follow all the regulations to the letter. Depending on where you live, if the pool that you are using in part of your house, you may not need be obtain any permit to have swimming lessons at home. But, if you live a residential development and the pool is shared between a few homes, you need to check the rules and regulations of your own pool and if you can have lessons.
Don’t live anything to chance. Ensure your home pool complies with all safety regulations and standards.
Some local authorities may also have additional restrictions on the number of people allowed to swim at any one time, as well as other rules about the use of home pools. Make sure you are aware of these regulations and follow them to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Your guiding principle should be; better you and your students are safe – even if it means incurring an extra cost – than being sorry.
Planning the swimming sessions for your children in a way they have enough time to rest between lessons and other activities that they do.
We advise you to ensure your children well-rested before the start of their lessons to get the most out of their lessons.
Most children can do lessons between 30 to 60 minutes but, anything more then 1 hour will not be efficient as swimming is tiring.
