What are the Advantages of  Intensive Swimming Lessons

  1. Swimming crash courses are great opportunities to have lessons and catch up with all the swimming times that have during school term times. You can almost squeeze a term of swimming lessons (12 lessons) in two weeks of crash course (10 lessons).
  2. Having lessons on back-to-back days of the week, though is more intensive, is far more effective in terms of learning and building muscle memories.
    1. Like all skills, practice is what makes us to learn something or stay proficient at a skill. Intensive swimming courses are good to give 5 days of back-to-back lessons to practice without having a one week gap in the middle of lessons.
  3. From April to the end of September, we have longer days and the weather is getting nicer. Nice and sunny weather is a good match for activities like swimming. So, spending longer holidays and doing activities that are better matched with the weather. is just logical
  4. Intensive lessons are a great start for getting back to swimming regardless of age.
