A fabulous Valentine’s Day is filled with beautiful flowers, chocolate, and interesting presents. But, when we talk about loving something like swimming, it would be good to know why we love being in the water. Are you wondering why you could love swimming? We love things and activities like swimming because they benefit us and water makes us healthier and happier.

When people are in love their brains start to release endorphins. Endorphins are associated with feelings of comfort. Endorphins are like opiates. They calm anxiety, relieve pain and reduce stress. So, it is the same feeling that people get when they go to the spa or after swimming
